Westbrook Youth Football is registered as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We appreciate the generous support of the community, local merchants, and civic organizations. Every dollar we raise goes back into funding our programs. We provide equipment for each team, saving our families money each and every season. Your donation allows us to provide the latest and safest equipment and training while keeping our program registration fees down so that every student K-8th grade can participate regardless of income. We offer multiple levels of sponsorship options including, team sponsorship, program ads, and player sponsorship options.

First Down and Field Goal sponsorships will be acknowledged in our Season Program, available at home games. Conversion, Touchdown and Blitz sponsorships include Fall Season Banner displayed at our home field and announcement at all home games, a spot in our Season Program, and 12 months of logo/clickable link on our website.

• Sponsor’s name will be announced at all home games

□ BLITZ - $1500.00 (Helmet Sponsorship)

2021 PROGRAM ADVERTISING

We will be creating a Westbrook Youth Football Program to be handed out at all home games throughout the season. Programs will include all levels of football and cheering with team photos and player photos.

The finished program will be a regular letter size piece of paper.

We are offering the following sizes for your business ad to be in the program:

FULL SIZE PAGE: $200 BLACK AND WHITE AD

½ SIZE PAGE AD: $100 BLACK AND WHITE AD

¼ PAGE SIZE AD: $50 BLACK AND WHITE AD

BUSINESS CARD SIZE AD: $25 BLACK AND WHITE AD

The Westbrook Youth Football Board of Directors is already hard at work to prepare for another successful year! Westbrook Youth Football, a 501(c)3 organization, is an instructional league that supports the physical and mental growth of young athletes in the Westbrook area by offering organized cheerleading, flag and tackle football programs for grades K-8. For the 2020 Fall Season, WYF continued to grow with more participants. This year included 29 in PeeWees, 20 in Mites, 24 in Flag, 16 in Cheering and 31 in our Middle School Division. This year presented a particularly unique opportunity with surrounding towns not offering a program, we were able to open our program to towns such as Gorham, Falmouth, Gray-New Gloucester and Windham.

Our program is entirely managed by volunteers, and we appreciate the generous support of the community, local merchants, and civic organizations. Every dollar we raise goes back into funding our programs, which cost about $30,000 annually to run. Your donation allows us to provide the latest and safest equipment and training while keeping our registration fees down for our families. Expenses include, but are not limited to the purchase of equipment and uniforms, field use and maintenance, medical insurance and EMT support and coach education and scholarships.

For the continued success of this program, we need assistance from as many individuals and businesses as possible. We offer multiple levels of sponsorship options including player, team, equipment and event sponsorship. Please take a moment to review the attached sheet to learn more about your sponsorship opportunities. Any amount helps, and we always welcome items that can be used for raffle prizes, including gift cards. We are hopeful you will be able to assist our efforts in some way.
